Calvine Partners attracts investment for high-quality healthcare companies.
With over 50 years of combined investment banking experience, the partners formed Calvine to support worthwhile companies in all aspects of investor relations and fundraising.
Calvine has a small and select client base as concentration allows us to focus on our clients’ specific requirements and tailor services accordingly.
We are deeply committed to the sector. Healthcare and biotechnology companies offer a solution to the demographic pressures faced by developed economies. Recent trends and scientific breakthroughs have increased demand for research and development funding; however, the complexity of the sector means that the investor audience is often limited to specialists. Calvine Partners broadens the target market for our clients by raising awareness and education of the company's investment case.
Calvine provides a specialised and bespoke approach to investor relations and capital market access. Our services are specific to our individual clients’ needs, whether a private or public company.
The partners have expertise in all aspects of equity investor interaction. We write and publish detailed research on our client companies, we prepare and enhance presentation materials and investor pitches, and we introduce client companies to relevant investors.
